Different from other student housing communities in Lincoln, we offer residents individual housing contracts. This means students are only responsible for their own monthly installment payments and not those of their roommates if they choose to live with other residents. We want to make everything as easy as possible for residents. That’s why we offer individual housing contracts that span 12 months, starting in August and ending in July. Our housing contracts align with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s academic calendar, so students can move-in before the start of the fall semester.

We want to make living here a breeze. Monthly installment payments include cable, high-speed Internet, and access to our wide variety of on-site community amenities. Residents receive utility credits too: $30 for electric and $10 for water.

Residents can pay their monthly installments either online, using our easy resident portal, or drop off a check in-person at our leasing office. For ultimate convenience, residents can also set up automatic payments through our portal so they never miss a payment.

Yes! We offer furnished apartments in many different floor plans, including two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom apartments. Each unit comes with custom-picked furniture, and high-end features, including gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, a flat-screen, smart HDTV in the living room, an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Internet, and hardwood-style flooring. A private balcony or patio is available in select units.

Yes! We want to make sure our residents are completely taken care of. To make their lives easier, we employ a well-qualified team of management and maintenance professionals on-site. We even have a 24/7 maintenance staff available in case of an emergency.

Yes! Each of our UNL apartments is pet-friendly. All of our spacious units provide you and your furry friend enough room to spread out. For residents with dogs, we have plenty of green space on-site. We are also located near multiple parks so taking Fido for a walk will always be easy!

Yes! We offer complimentary roommate-matching services for students new to UNL or Lincoln. The process is simple — residents fill out a detailed questionnaire asking about their lifestyle preferences, hobbies, and habits, and our team matches them with another resident whose answers align. Yes. All of our residents must have guarantors for their individual housing contracts in order to make sure all financial obligations can be met. Potential guarantors must meet minimum credit and income requirements, and sign the guarantor addendum to each contract. If an applicant is not able to provide an approved guarantor, we require that applicants submit an additional security deposit to reserve their spot in our UNL student apartment community.
