Gone are the days when residents had to worry about everyone paying their fair share. For added peace of mind, we provide individual housing contracts for all our residents. This means that students are only responsible for their own monthly installment payments, not those of their roommates. For added convenience, our individual housing contracts align with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln academic calendar — starting in August and ending in July — so residents can move in before the beginning of the fall semester.

Residents complete a detailed questionnaire about their habits, hobbies, class schedules, and lifestyle preferences, and we take these answers and match students with residents who have similar interests.
